Review on BAL 20032 Crank Handle for Head by Jeremy May

Received a pathetic apology for the hand crank from a salesman who crouched like a pretzel before the jacks hit the ground. I sent it back and reordered directly from Revain on a whim from the same list. What I received was a whole different story. This thing is a beast with 1/2" steel and metal knobs that spin freely, I love it. It seems that one of the sellers whose name Revain won't allow me to use is some sort of fake or economy version of something more shipped as 1/4" steel that flexes like a 1/4 piece of rebar. Whatever it was, it was a toy. It lifts my trailer off the ground easily with no sign of tension and finally finishes my problems with the turning screw constantly snapping on the wrench that came with my Bal jacks, time will tell if it holds up but it's so hard I can't imagine him having any problems.
