I wrote a review on this product last week. I said there are 3 settings but no low speed with medium setting. I notified the seller but he did not respond immediately. We apologize for the late response and are sending an attachment to better illustrate the correct use of the styling brush. Please note that the hot air brush has three heating modes (high level, medium level and low level) and the hot air brush has two speed modes (high heating level and low heating mode have the same high speed setting, while as medium temperature setting with low speed setting. So this hot air brush with low speed setting.As attached,please refer to the screenshot for a clearer understanding.As for your hair,we suggest you use medium setting with medium heat setting and low speed.Hope this helps.If you have more questions , you can contact us at any time.************************ ******* ********** *********** So I followed the more specific guide and it worked great!One step.It really gives a nice shine to my hair that is on the thin/soft side.The more I use the better r the result. It adds volume and the hairstyle lasts with a bit of hairspray. j. I'm so glad I contacted the seller with even more satisfaction as he responded with better explanations. I suggested they include the attachment they sent me with the curling brush at the time of delivery (it wasn't included). I would highly recommend this product, so glad my hairstylist introduced it to me!
