I have been using their service since several years now without any issues or complaints from my side so far! Their customer care has improved vastly over time too - but this might be because of me just being very patient :) Unlimited bandwidth makes them stand out in comparison to others' plans that are more limited than what's advertised; however there aren't many downsides really either except perhaps some occasional server slowness during peak hours when certain clients use up most resources available simultaneously? It was good enough back then though ;).
