I like how easy it was to set up, configure, deploy & use! It's very intuitive and has all of my favorite features in one place (automated calls). They have been super helpful with any questions or issues we've had along our journey so far - they're always quick at responding via email/chat. The support team also seems pretty responsive when you do reach out through their channels as well. We were looking into doing some automated phone outreach but didn't know where to start. This platform helped us get going quickly by providing pre-built templates which allowed us to focus more time on dialing / qualifying leads rather than figuring everything ourselves.
