This leads to blockages and loss of suction power after just a few uses. This filter is fan shaped. While the filter in the form of the incoming form has MUCH more surface area. Workaround: If you already have this vacuum cleaner, all is not lost. You can use your "regular" large vacuum cleaner to extract some of the dust, which extends the life of the filter to several months (depending on use case).
