The size and quality are very good. I used pot wash oil and there weren't many black spots. Thanks for the pot, I may have thrown away my old non-stick sauce pan that was damaged. For those unfamiliar with cleaning instructions, before using any stainless steel product, especially in the kitchen, it must first be rinsed with oil. I used a slightly stale cooking oil (any vegetable oil is fine). 1. Pour in oil and wipe the item with a paper towel.2. After cleaning you can see a black product residue. It's ok to see. (I've attached a picture) There are many steps during the manufacture of a stainless steel product and this rest comes from the steps. The rest can only be washed with oil.3. Rinse the oil off the product and repeat if you wish.4. I always boil the product with water and vinegar before using it for the first time.
