The first salt shaker lasted less than a month before the plastic inside broke and became unusable. My original coffee grinder, which is now a dedicated benchtop machine, is still working after over a year. However, I emailed the company and they have been everywhere with amazing customer service. They not only replaced it, but have since been sending random emails just to check if everything is ok (which it is at the moment). Maybe I got a broken one the first time, time will tell, but after-sales service isn't broken, they support it.
