i have a bigger nose, so i bought the 8mm 20g ring and it fits perfectly, with a little room off my nose. i will say, i have sensitive skin and changed my piercing for the first time after over a year but changed it multiple times before putting this one in, so my nose was already irritated. it went in super easy, but it was extremely painful to move around after a day and a keloid appeared around 3 days after putting it in. the first picture is 4 days with the ring in and the second picture is me now 12 days in with the ring in. i took advice from a family friend and made my own saline solution (distilled water+salt) and dipped a q-tip in it, using both sides for the outside and inside of the piercing. i also applied a light layer of aquaphor on the outside where the keloid was and it is almost gone! i will say the saline can make your nose get really dry and flaky, so the aquaphor helps with that. since i have sensitive skin, i will only recommend this to somebody who can deal with the pain and a keloid for a little while.
