I have evaluated many men's clippers over the past year. As a relative newbie to the field, Hatteker has consistently surprised me with very decent quality hair clipper sets at a reasonable price. This kit is no different. The focus is on the clippers themselves, which are not only beautifully designed, mostly made of metal, but are also waterproof so they can be used in the shower and/or washed under the tap. Features of this kit include: Water immersible metal body construction for a good and stable hand feel Digital charge indicator A full set of color coded plastic clipper guides plus a lever on the clipper for precise length adjustment A decent 2000mah Li-Ion battery Knife, set of trimming attachments (for different haircut lengths), a bib, a cheap (but serviceable) bag to store everything, a brush to clean the combo, a bottle of oil to lubricate the clippers, a USB-A charger (5V/1A). output) USB-A clipper charging cable Really, that's all you need to get your hair cut. The quality of the hair clipper is very good: reliable, relatively quiet, good cutting speed. The USB-A charger is very versatile and you can use your own charger if you prefer. However, the Clipper's USB-A charging cable is NOT common and you have to be careful not to lose it. I personally don't like these types of cables and would prefer a standard micro USB or USB-C connector on the end of the razor. A full charge takes about 3 hours (from zero) and a fully charged clipper lasts 3 hours. + hours thanks to solid 2000 mAh lithium-ion battery. The best thing about this clipper for me is that it can be used in the shower. I often have to trim the hair on the back of my neck. I've used the trimming feature of a beard shaver in the past, but a dedicated clipper like this is MUCH more efficient. thing is that over time they can become brittle and/or crack. Time will tell how these particular guides hold up. But to be honest, unless you cut your hair professionally, you probably aren't paying too much attention to it. So far I'm very happy with this set, especially for the price. Highly recommended.
