The most important part of Hala.ai is its ability to integrate with a wide variety of applications. We have integrated with Quickbooks Online and have enabled the integration with the SAP Business One application. We have also integrated with Salesforce. I have also been able to integrate with Dynamics 365. The ability to integrate with so many applications is a real time saver for the company. The price is very reasonable. Hala.ai has been able to streamline our customer service team in terms of processing credit applications and credit card issues. By integrating with Quickbooks Online we have been able to automate a lot of the in house processing that would have otherwise required a team of credit analysts.
