Update: The head of the company contacted and sent a replacement along with some additional items. This company's customer service is impeccable. I ordered this for my 8 year old twins because they loved getting their glitter tattoos done at the Ren Fest. I am very disappointed with what we got. A couple of the glitter box lids were loose so when the box was opened the glitter was everywhere (see picture). I went to apply glue and at first I couldn't even open the bottle. The glue is completely dry and tacky in both bottles (see photo). I am going to return this product and hopefully get something better.
