Great for spices and powders when small portions are needed, but.

Work just as well as their bigger brothers as far as sealing goes. They did include a notch that will make tearing the bag open by hand possible.That notch is at the bottom of the bag so when you place what you want vacuum sealed in the bag, you must center the contents in the vacuum bag! When you try and tear open one of these bags, the contents will come spilling out since they are settled at the bottom of the bag. I believe the notch should have been placed at the open end of the bag. As placed now, the notch is useless.
