I ordered 2 sets for Christmas gifts. Plugged them in the day after Christmas to see if they worked. One set was DOA. Sent it back and they accidentally sent 2 replacement kits. I was told to keep the set that was accidentally sent. Fast forward a week ago (January 24th) and I installed one of the sets in my daughter's room. I used the tape on the back and the supplied mounting clips. They only provided 10 clamps for 32 foot lighting, but I didn't think that would be a problem. The clips don't even hold the lights to the wall. It took 3 hours to make sure they were installed evenly and level. I came back the next day and they all fell. The tape ripped the paint and paper from the drywall. So about 4 inches of drywall had to be patched and painted. I decided to install a second set without the tape so I went to the hardware store and bought some new clips that hold the tape flat against the wall. Bought a clip for every meter of lights. This time I left the backing on the headlights and cut the backing in a couple of places so it lay flat. I tried the headlights before installing them but made a mistake by only trying blue. I installed all of these lights and nailed 32 clips. Again for a few more hours. They looked great until I tried one of the fade sequences and right in the middle of the room there's a whole foot of lights that I realized the red LED wasn't working. Between installing 2 sets and fixing the drywall I have about 10 hours on this project and they are still out of service. I still have 2-3 hours to remove and replace this set. Not to mention it cost me $20 for clamps and wall repairs. They ended up sending me 4 sets: 1 DOA, 1 Destroyed the drywall, 1 Red didn't work in the middle of the room, and 1 set hasn't been used yet.
