I bought this humidifier because it's cordless/rechargeable. I have a small tropical plant on my windowsill that I wanted to keep in high humidity to get aerial roots. It's in the bathroom and there isn't an outlet nearby, so I decided to give it a try. The packaging was very nice, better than I expected. The installation of the device is also impressive. Everything feels good, but the battery life sucks. I assumed a battery life of 5-8 hours, but that's not the case. You really should put the correct battery life in the description. The first 25% was gone in about an hour. The second 25% also lasted about one o'clock in the morning. The remaining 50% is consumed in LESS than an hour, allowing this thing to last less than 4 hours on battery power. It could be a good desktop humidifier or something, but a battery is useless if it only lasts 3 hours. It's not even half the night.
