We are setting up a fiber measurement and had to turn the fiber upside down in reflection mode. This ideal desktop fiber mount is highly durable, allows for one-knob Z adjustment, and has a mechanism to adjust the tilt of the installed gauge. We cut out a wooden cylinder that fits under the plastic holder and drill a hole in the center for the fiber to go through. This gave us complete freedom in customization. Because of its rigidity, the signal-to-noise ratio is excellent. Honestly, that's the best $99 I've spent on a scientific instrument.
