I wanted to try something different because the other shampoo I was using stopped working. I've moved to a new area, the water is different and my hair has changed. I was hoping for something that would cleanse, strengthen and still moisturize my hair, but that's not exactly what I got. I used it for a while and finally gave up. It dries out my hair and makes it very difficult for me to brush it and that's when I use both conditioner and leave-in conditioner. Also, if I don't brush my hair afterwards, it's a mess, not a pretty guy. I have fine, naturally wavy hair that tends to frizz if left unbrushed when wet, but after this treatment it looked tangled and dry. It leaves hair clean but at the expense of using a range of other products to have something to do afterwards. I have since switched to something else and have no plans to use it again.
