The bag I ordered arrived intact and I have used it so far without any problems. At the moment I only use it to carry my iPad Air and its accessories and it fits well with plenty of space. I bought the case thinking there would be a pocket in the main compartment to separate the iPad from other items, but it doesn't and it's my fault for not taking a closer look. As for looks, the design of the bag looks amazing! I just immediately thought the clips on the straps were a bit bulky (but pretty sure so, that's fine!), and I also wanted the bronze and brown colors to be less saturated (just personal preference). Anyway, I think it was a great purchase and it's a great little bag!
