The product was promptly delivered by Revain and the return/refund process was quick. It is a wide shoe and fits well but is a little tight in the toes. The biggest problem is the springs built into the heel, which protrude from the sole and cause more heel pain than relief. It actually causes a biomechanical defect in the gait cycle. I wish the heel and spring stayed the same and the outsole was a little softer for a smoother, more comfortable ride. Some people like it after wearing it in their shoes, but I can no longer wear shoes due to increased heel pain.
