Too bad I didn't get these years earlier. Easy to assemble if you know a few tricks (YouTube will help you with that). First, cut the ethernet cable down to about 2 or 3 inches of bare wire. Then insert a small screwdriver between the wires near the insulation and pull the screwdriver up - WA-LA, a long section of a STRAIGHT wire pair appears, no more manual unwrapping required! Repeat for all pairs. Snip about half an inch from the end until the remaining wire is completely straight. Arrange the wires in the correct color code order, cut the end so the cut is perpendicular to the end of the wire, NOT at an angle. Holding the wires tightly together, insert them into this jack, push, and all the wires will be pierced. Slide the cable until the insulation meets the end of the jack. Cut the end of the wire so that it is flush with the connector, then crimp it with a tool. Very easy. And easy 5 stars.
