I'm sorry to say this, Queness, but my most recent online shopping encounter with you was less than satisfying. Your baby product assortment is excellent, but I found your website to be cumbersome and hard to use. My checkout experience was less than ideal; it was slower than I had hoped, and I ran into a few technological snags. Your customer support team was very nice and helpful in resolving the problems I was having, but the whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I believe Queness has great promise as a whole, but their website could use some work to make it more user-friendly. With any luck, they'll listen to their customers and make the necessary adjustments in light of this input.
