Unfortunately missed the "return window" due to "lifetime". Bought 9W. A 3-year-old child has a wide, thick foot. He wasn't keen on trying them on, so I forgot about them until he had a chance to wear them. He had another crisis and I put it aside again. I really needed nicer shoes for him so he was bribed to wear them and "FAR" is DEFINITELY NOT far. When I fasten the velcro on the other side of the boot it barely comes out and looks awkward/crooked on the foot. He screams that he wants to take them off and that they are uncomfortable. Size "9" is ok, a bit big but ok. However, at the same time they are squeezing the sides of his feet and now I've lost over $64. :
