I have some spice jars (lightweight plastic) that I wanted to keep on the pantry door (inside). I didn't have an easy way to attach the jamb to a hollow door, so I read the reviews and saw that sticky tape would probably work for my circumstances (lightweight, small jars). The first shelf has been up for two weeks and everything is fine. Nothing falls off the shelf when opening and closing the door, probably because the small spice jars sit low on the shelf, are lightweight and fit perfectly - 8 on a shelf. And the shelf stayed in place thanks to 3M mounting rails. I plan to add another shelf soon. I'm still debating whether I should put the big spice containers by the door or just leave the small ones where they are. I don't use a lot of spices, so I keep a few large containers on a shelf in my pantry (mostly chili powder, cinnamon).
