These definitely work but you have to use them right- I finally figured out that if you use the little prongs they give you to grab the patch out of the container, its much easier to get out a single, thin patch. Versus if you use your fingers, you often grab more than 1 patch as they stick together easily. Then if you cut it in half and put one half under each eye, that works best. If you only use 1 single thin patch (cut in half), it stays on the eye very well and is moisturizing. Overall this product works very well, its just not a quick 1 step application process like other patches
