It's sturdy and big enough to hold our eldest son's many small toys that we don't want our child to get their hands on, or even some of his medium sized toys. We chose the tiger design, it's so playful and cute. It has velcro for easy opening and closing, and I love that the lid is attached so you can't lose it. I was also very impressed with how well made the toy box was. As a foldable toy organizer, I wasn't sure how long this would "last" with a little wild toddler; However, the sides and bottom of the Hurricane Munchkin toy chest have been reinforced with cardboard inserts to withstand the regular wear and tear of children.
