I have neuropathy in my feet and a high in step to complicate matters. It's really difficult to find shoes that I can wear. I found that wearing sneakers is probably one of the most comfortable shoes I can wear, but because of my high instep the laces are too short. These elastic laces were able to extend the coverage area for my foot and made the shoe much more secure. I totally recommend these for anybody with foot neuropathy or a high-end step where other shoes just don't fit very well.
