I have been looking high and low for a bag such as this! I tend to carry a lot of things in my bag and this is the perfect size. It fits all my things comfortably. I also love ALL the straps on this bag. Not only is this a backpack, but it is also a shoulder bag! There's been so many times during my commutes where I wished I could just be carrying a backpack for convenience. The extra handle on top makes all the difference when getting in and out of cars and quick pick ups. I extra love that the only way into the bag is through the back. I always worry about people getting into my backpack when in crowded places and I feel reassured since the zippers are all hidden. The two hidden front pockets are also genius.
