My 7 year old is 65 pounds 4 feet 2 inches. I bought him a size 10 and it fits him perfectly with room to grow. It's not too tight and not too big. I will be buying more pajamas as they have a wide range of colors and designs. I never buy white pajamas so it's annoying when I find them in most packages. But luckily they have some non-white pajamas. They're stretchy, soft, high quality, and look just as good, if not better, than the Carter's brand. Highly recommended!
