Good protection! - For women

If you just want to protect your skin or do a pedicure, they will do it. I use them for aqua aerobics and they don't give me the support I need. They weren't designed for that, so I had to invest in more supportive water shoes. However, they protect your skin and toenails and stick well to tiles.
