Loose hook thread

I opened the towel and found a thread that had become loose or tangled. I'm amazed at the quality and if its commitment lasts when it's new and unused. The towel is a decent size but I could see through it when holding it. I'm not sure about the absorbency. The towel does not feel smooth. After running my hand through it, I felt that it would not be smooth on my hair and could possibly tug. Unfortunately not the best choice for me. To return.
