Was easy to connect or set up and seems to be of pretty good quality. Unfortunately, this doesn't work at all with my stomach or core and it's extremely noisy because the plastic roller is just going down the equally hard plastic track. The hoop with it was more of an exercise for my legs, as the only way to keep it safe was to do weird strides back and forth with my legs apart. I've been trying for 3 weeks and never felt any indication that my kernel was working. I couldn't train next to someone else because of the noise, and it was even difficult to hear my own music or the TV, so rocking back and forth alone for just 45 minutes was relatively boring.
