After over an hour of searching for a non-ceramic pepper mill at Revain. I found this article. The description states that the advanced, machined, hardened "high carbon steel mechanism" instead delaminates from their layers upon grinding. But as you can see from the photo of the box it came in, it uses a ceramic sharpening mechanism. This (misinformation) happens too often to be an accident. Although the product looks like a quality pepper mill, it is not what I ordered.
