The pots are beautiful. They are well balanced and durable. If you don't follow the instructions for preheating and using the oil, food will stick. You will also need metal utensils. Plastic doesn't work. If food does stick, a quick soak and then application with steel wool and a powder detergent will quickly clean it and look like new. I've had mine for a month or so and I use it every day. Still great.
