Review on Premium Pack of 2 Libertyware SP610 Eigth Size Aluminium Sheet Pans – High-Quality Baking Essentials by Charles Mistretta

I really didn't like the idea of ordering aluminum toaster pans but as there really isn't a better option (don't go down the non-stick route again after it's badly discolored and started to peel after just to be redeemed in one year). I finally ordered them. Don't get me wrong these are nice heavy pots and well made. I only wash dishes by hand (I don't even have a dishwasher) so I have no issue with this aspect of aluminum. I just don't like that there is staining, discoloration and holes over time (which seems to be an inherent property of metal). I bought a silicone mat that I cut to fit. Hopefully that will keep her from ever being rude! I like that they are made in the USA. I would like someone to make this size in stainless steel (hint).
