It has pretty much replaced all the other cooking tools in my kitchen. I throw everything in and cook. Perfect. The only problem with this is that the lid gets caught in liquid between the glass and the plastic rim and cannot be cleaned, making it impossible to fully clean by hand. At this point the only way to clean the lid is to put it in the dishwasher (lid only) on a hot wash, it expands and contracts glass and plastic so it comes out clean. Don't let it soak in soapy water or take on the soapy flavor (like most non-stick pots and pans) and your food will taste like soap afterwards. You need to hand wash it, so just gently rinse it with hot water and rinse it very well before towel drying. That's how I do it and no soapy taste. It tends to boil away no matter how much or how little liquid you pour in. I place a paper towel over the steam hole and under the pot to minimize the mess. Works well! It just makes mealtimes super easy for me because I only have to wash one thing instead of multiple pots and pans and lots of dishes.
