Easy to clean but difficult to put rings on

This rolling pin is way better than screw ring adjusters. The latter collected food debris in the screw/hole compartment, making it susceptible to mold and bacteria. It's very easy to clean and use, and the pen isn't heavy at all. And I can flip it horizontally to measure the thickness of the dough just in case. The only downside is that the rings are difficult to put on the pen. This is a slight inconvenience for easy cleaning.
