I wasn't sure based on the reviews but it was on sale so I bought it. By the way, it removes hair and dust well. This is not a feather duster. It has a nozzle that removes and sucks up most of the dust. It cleans dog food, even slightly damp dog food. Cleans corners. Removes broken speaker wire, sawdust, groceries, etc. There was a water outage in the kitchen yesterday. _He sucked up all the water_. I accidentally left it overnight. It dripped a little onto the table, but most survived. I thought it was spoiled. No, it still sucks (and that's a good thing). The motor will not be damaged because the motor is hermetically sealed with plastic and has a waterproof sponge filter. It holds a charge for several days. To all the negative reviewers, huh!?!? and charge the battery. Buy it!
