The chair looks good and is easy to put together. I used a drill with the right bit to speed up the assembly. That helped. The only real problem with the chair is that it kills the butt (i.e. the butt, not the back). The pillow just doesn't fit. It looks nice and thick, but it arches up to the wooden support and after an hour it starts to hurt badly. Otherwise it's ok. I like the upright position and the ability to get close to the desk to type and use the computer. I don't think it helped my back or anything. I have no problem balancing it. I have a problem getting out of there. I got caught in the knee pads several times and nearly fell. Poor at 73. If you are light weight the pillow can support you, if you are 200 or more you may want to carefully consider this purchase. AD2
