Big disappointment! I have other Anker headphones and I really like them. These earbuds come with 9 attachments but none of them fit well enough to not feel like they are falling out of my ears and they literally fell out. They were also too loose in my ears to block out ambient noise. They seemed tinny, but I think I could fix that if I could get them to connect to the app. I returned them. Anker tried to get my money back with a gift card. I didn't want a gift certificate and am still waiting for a refund.
