These tops are very cute. My granddaughter is 6 years old, she is tall for her age. She's growing fast and her size 8 tops felt a little short, exposing her stomach when she raised her arm at school, which left her embarrassed. We chose tunics as they are longer. She's skinny so she stopped at 8th size. The upper appears to be sewn well. The tops looked nice but the short sleeves are shorter than most of their tops and the sleeves are tight. The top length was a little longer, but not as much as I expected. If you are a "normal" weight or larger child, I recommend ordering one size up. My granddaughter lived in patterns and colors; Next time we will increase the size
