Update: Deptech support staff were very polite when trying to fix the error. I decided to try this device for the second time. The video quality was good for the price paid. It delivers decent video quality, but I don't think it comes close to the Logitech BRIO. You get what you paid for. The sound quality is average. The sound is sometimes dull, but still audible. Finally, I don't like the sticker-like protective case as it looks cheap and doesn't look very good cosmetically. Overall I've decided to change my rating to 4 out of 5 stars for the professionalism of the support staff as well as the quality of the camera. I bought this product hoping to get a cheap 4K webcam. The first impression of this device is very light and made entirely of plastic. More of a toy than a real quality device. Connected but the camera doesn't work. The microphone works, so the USB works. I tried contacting the seller and they asked me to record a video for them to show it didn't work. Then send me a link (in China) to download. But for what? Camera not working.
