I like that it is very easy to use, especially for someone who knows nothing about website development or coding. It also has an amazing customer service team which makes troubleshooting problems even easier! Some of my favorite features are how simple they make creating surveys using their templates. Also, how many different ways you can customize your site once its up and running. There aren't any downsides at this time. I would recommend trying out kiwi first if you're looking into developing a captive portal for your business. They have helped us develop our own custom solution from scratch in order to provide better services to our customers.
