Wanted to upgrade. went on a long journey and it was great to have. I'd grab some fruit and yogurt if possible and make a nice smoothie (tip: hotels sometimes serve fruit and yogurt for breakfast - grab it and keep it in the hotel fridge. Drink a smoothie after a good walk). If necessary, it is charged in the car. Just received today and tested (once fully charged) with a berry yoghurt smoothie. I used 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (because they were frozen I didn't cut them), 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt, a Splenda, and 1/2 cup water. No ice. Mixed once in a full cycle. Everything seems fine, but I had to add a little more water. I ran two more cycles in the blender and everything was perfect! Cleanup is doable but a little scary near the blades. Not sure about the little foam brush that came with it - don't expect it to last long. Let's see how long this thing lasts and how it performs over time. If necessary, the rating will be adjusted accordingly after a few months.
