The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

I have both the DT770 250 ohm and the DT990 250 ohm, therefore I will compare and contrast the two here. As a result, there is no clear winner between the DT770 and the DT990. Each pairs have their own nuances, and 770 is not superior to 990, just as 990 is not superior to 770 by any stretch of the imagination. Whoever chooses to go with any of the models will ultimately not make a mistake. The primary distinction may be found in the middle: at 990, it is more remote, and at 770, it is closer, accordingly, the voices are brought in. The stage for the 990 is a little bit larger, and as a result, the atmosphere is created for the 990. On the other hand, the stage for the 770 is quite dense, and as a result, it also has a good atmosphere in music in its own way, but in a different way. This is due to the closed design, which results in more punchy bass and other qualities that are difficult to explain in words, but and there and there they did well. Punch is on both of them. However, the treble in the 770 is more accurate and is not as sharp and harsh as the treble in the 990. The treble in the 990 is more rigid and has a greater quantitative presence than the treble in the 770. In the 770, the bass can be described as being denser, whereas in the 990, it can be described as being more smeared and spread out. Quantitatively, the 770 delivers slightly more bass. And it just has a different personality; in the 770, the bass goes a bit deeper, and its amount is definitely larger, similar to the HF in the 990, but it is more impulsive, denser, and more focused, whereas in the 990, the bass is more spacious, and it spreads out longer. In general, you must give equal consideration to both of them. The cable on the 770 is of higher quality because it is twisted. The strange thing is that in spite of the fact that they are designed differently, in actuality, 770 forcefully allow the muskyka out, virtually in the same way that open 990 would. The sound insulation of 770, on the other hand, is an order of magnitude better, and as a result, you hear fewer sounds coming from the outside. one more significant distinction. 990 can be played quietly in the background without being noticed by a roommate. But, it will be to your advantage if you don't get any rest and have the television or music playing in the background. atmosphere for the two different couples! At 770 because of the sound pressure level, and at 990 because of the stage.

Pros
  • Treble, bass, and twisted cable make up a sound. There is punch, drive, and a good staging for closed ones, but the high frequencies are not as harsh as they are in the dt990, resulting in a sound that is more natural.
Cons
  • closed sound insulation is poor, so keep this in mind when you're shopping for headphones. The open-back design of the dt990 is superior in this regard. Please provide a little bit more information.
