Good toner, just not for me.
I really wanted to love it but my skin couldn't absorb it fast enough. It is more viscous than water type toner. I love propolis and my skin has also become more moist. Unfortunately, I don't like wet skin on myself as it's naturally oily. It will be better for dry skin.
