This paper tears too easily when cut with a blade. It would be easier to use wax paper. I was going to do this but thought no, use their system for best results. I had to be extra careful when cutting pieces of paper with razor blades and the paper was more likely to be torn than cut. Also does not prevent the surface from drying out. 22-23 hours after applying Dumond Makeup Remover I came back to find that 98% of the areas I covered were dry. Paper sticks like paper mache. I was very hot! A note on this product. I applied it in 85 degree weather with the vent open, I didn't use the AC to keep my room cool. I was more interested in smoke extraction. It can work better in a cooler room for 23 hours. In any case, the paper is pretty flimsy and fairly easy to tear. If you need to be serious about removing paint I would use this at lower temperatures or switch to a heat gun altogether.
