If you think that rolling something up and sending it in a flat envelope will prevent wrinkles, you are pretty stupid. At the moment, the waistcoat is nothing more than an accordion made of folds. The material is cheap hard nylon or equivalent. I think you get what you pay for as the one listed as cotton costs twice as much. I only gave it 3 stars because it was cheap and intended for a one off costume party. If the wrinkles don't go away, I'll increase the rating by 1.
