The ratchet has no shine
The tool itself is well built but once you have the stainless steel straps in place you will need to hand tighten them as much as possible and then attach the tool. Rivet gun so it gets the job done with two hands. The cutter works well and the end results are good. I just wasn't impressed that he wouldn't pull the zip tie to tighten it.
