Packed securely. This hair mask is packaged very securely - first in plastic wrap, then in a box, the container is sealed with a lid on top! Very protected. The mask resembles a cream conditioner, but is more liquid. Thought it would be a lot thicker. The aroma is normal, but it smells like coconut. The mask contains many wonderful ingredients, including vitamin E, green tea, citrus fruits and much more. My hair got soft after using the mask, but it was almost the same as using my regular conditioner. But since it costs about the same, it could have been used instead! 4 stars! I hope this review and photos are useful to you. The biggest downside to using a mask is that it doesn't come in a pump bottle. Since it's thin, you'll have to apply it!
