Great way to gather user consent and prefences
I like that it's easy for my customers (and myself) as an administrator, but also makes sense from their perspective of what they are signing up/agreeing with in terms such cookie acceptance preferences or not being able use cookies at all! It has been very helpful so far - however there have still some minor bugs here &-there which we're working through together during implementation phase now :) We've noticed how beneficial this tool can be when used correctly by both parties involved :D A lot less time spent explaining our users about why do need them accept / refuse certain types etc., instead just having one simple button "accept"/"refuse".
Pros
- Very intuitive
- Easy to learn even without previous experience setting these type apps before.
- Great customer support team available via email if you hit any issues while using app itself.
- Customer service is prompt always helping us getting back into business ASAP after facing problems themselves; ) Also highly appreciate your responsiveness whenever questions arise around specific functionalities within application..it truly feels much easier than dealing directly wth
