This is my second electric callus remover so I got the best one, I was very wrong. My order said the upgrade was wrong, it was supposed to be 1200rpm, it came 1000rpm, very disappointing lack of power. Also it did the same as my first one and I don't even use it so I got 3 uses from the first one and the black thing came out of the electric callus remover on the back where the power cord goes in and the wires came out and secondly that same. It is not very good. If I don't get any, I don't find them any better than these. but don't get me wrong, the first one worked fine until it ne happened. the wires were not well connected. So I'll give 3 stars because it worked for the legs and made them really smooth. I need a stone that will smooth my legs. now upset.
